We do not provide any cash refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase. So please choose carefully before finalising your purchase.
If the products are faulty, then our Exchange Policy will apply.
At Pacific Optics Ltd., we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you've changed your mind, unwashed, unworn, or unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of your receipt.
We will only exchange concerned products with other products that are of the same value or higher. The customer has to pay for the postage and price difference.
Our Returns procedure is as follows:
A RETURNS FORM form is attached to the tax invoice that is enclosed with your order.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and be unused with all the original swingtags/labels.
1. Fill out the details on the returns form, including why you would like the
product to be returned or exchanged.

3. Take the parcel to your nearest Post Shop. Goods are returned to Pacific Optics
at your own expense. If an item is faulty please contact us and we will make
arrangements for replacement.
