Pacific Optics totally manages all of its distribution through its highly trained and motivated Sales Merchandisers.
The company covers all of New Zealand both North & South Islands. This is achieved with 12 Sales Merchandisers located in different towns around New Zealand.
All product is distributed free of charge into store. This process is managed through its Sales Merchandisers who run a national vendor refill program. The Sales Merchandisers operate out of customised service vehicles. They are trained to re-stock, merchandise and electronically invoice the customer on site.
The Sales Merchandisers play a pivotal role in making sure product reaches all market outlets and maintaining the high levels of service our customers have come to expect.
A regular service call requires our representatives to:
Clean all product and stands
Merchandise to plannograms
Upsell on new product lines
Update & Refresh any slow moving styles
Maintain and manage customer relationships solving customer Concerns
Replace any damaged stock
Perform these tasks in a professional manner
